How do the buildings arrive?

 

The buildings are delivered loaded on a trailer which tips up to allow the structure to be pushed off at the site location.  Note:  Clear and open access is required for delivery.  Also check for low tree branches and septic system locations before ordering.  When in doubt, ask for a site check.

 

Are all structures delivered this way?

 

Yes, but some structures are also available in a kit form option, delivered on a pallet.

 

What do I need to do to prepare the site?

 

If you are preparing the site yourself, we suggest a base-work of 3/4 inch stone, approximately 3 to 4 inches thick.  Once the base is level the structure is placed on the stone.  The stone base should be approximately 1 foot wider and longer than the structure. For horse barns substitute 3/4 inch stone with stone dust.

 

Should you prefer, we are able to prepare the site at the time of shed delivery.  Please ask for a quote.

 

How long will my order take?

 

Non-stock orders take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on the product ordered.

 

What are the terms?

 

We require a 50% deposit to place an order, with balance due upon delivery.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express personal checks and cash.  As well, we able to provide financing in the form of a rent to own program through BLI and can offer contact information for financing in the form of a bank loan.  See links on home page.
